The location was very central, just next door to the incredible cathedral, the cathedral, shops, restaurants, bars, and town, cathedral, shops. I came across bar le parisien, it was not very far from the hotel, offered nice shots. The breakfast was extensive and excellent with variety of dishes to choose from.

The weather was lovely, had good stay on a business trip.

The hotel is charming and clean, has magnificent views on the cathedral. The location is stunning and fantastic, 10 minutes' walk to a medieval Roman Rite Catholic cathedral. The units are newly decorated, silent. There is a safe box, a mini bar, and a sofa bed - that's always a plus.

Everything is perfect here, had an excellent stay on a business trip. The staff are excellent and efficient and the room is silent with a view.

Big bed, room was well-organised and newly decorated, with a safe, a minibar and central heating. We got a bathtub too. The property was in the heart of the city. The check in was fast and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. The staff was very very helpful and efficient and delivered good service.

We had the family room which was a decent size and newly remodelled with a view. Essentials that you need, such as a work desk, a flat screen TV, and a seating area, were there. The location was particularly good and incredible in a nice area, just off centre of the city, and both the railway station.

It was in a fantastic and amazing location with a Roman Catholic church nearby. The atmosphere created was family.

The location was magnificent and perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Chartres Hospitals. Moreover, it's near the centre of town, both the railway station and the incredible cathedral. We had a safe, a minibar, and central heating in the superior king room.

We just got back from a weekend getaway and had a fantastic time! The view from our room was incredible, I couldn't take my eyes off it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Plus, the location couldn't have been better. We were right in the heart of the city, surrounded by charming squares and beautiful sights. It was so convenient to explore the area and experience everything it had to offer.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. The sofa in our room had a really dull color, it didn't add any vibrancy to the space.

Exceptional

I felt a bit cheated and would probably not stay here again. Sorry! The helpful staff provided detailed maps and suggestions of sights to see in town, making our stay in Chartres very memorable. The rooms exceeded our expectations, with a large size, fabulous bathroom and shower, and a comfortable bed. The hotel also provided facial tissues, which was a nice touch. However, there were some drawbacks, such as a small bed and an out of order air conditioning system. It took some time and a call to the manager for the staff to address the issue, but eventually, it was resolved. Additionally, finding a restaurant open late proved difficult, and the hotel's room service was unavailable, leading us to a kebab shop instead. Despite these setbacks, the hotel's location was convenient, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the breakfast was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and comfortable accommodations.
